A well-established estate agency in Wiltshire is looking for an Inventory Clerk to join their successful lettings team at their Swindon branch.
Primary Responsibilities:
·To conduct end of tenancy checkout inspections
·To deal with any checkout related issues including arranging work with contractors
·Keep landlords and tenants updated throughout the end of tenancy process
·Deal with deposit returns and disputes if necessary
·Preparation of inventories prior to commencement of a tenancy
·Opening and closing of utility accounts
Secondary Responsibilities:
·Assist the property management team when required
·Other duties as required for the successful running of the branch
Essential Criteria:
·Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
·Able to work independently and as part of a team
·Letting laws and legislations knowledge
·At least 6 months experience is a MUST
·Great eye to detail and organisation skills
·Exceptional customer service skills
·Able to perform under pressure
·Clean drivers licence and use of own vehicle (mileage allowance is paid at 40p per mile)
This vacancy will be considered on a full-time and part-time basis.
- Full time is 40 hours per week
- Part time is 27.5 hours per week
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm (based on full-time hours)
Holidays: 20 Days & Bank Holidays & Birthday increasing to a maximum of 25 Days
Salary: £18,500 - £22,500 (Dependant on experience and based on full-time hours. Part-time will be calculated pro rata)
