Our client is a multi-office firm of independent estate agents based in Buckinghamshire.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Inventory Clerk for their Aylesbury office.
The successful candidate will have a background in the preparation of Inventories and Property Management.
You will be organised with excellent IT skills as you will be preparing detailed Inventories (Condition Reports), conducting routine visits to rental properties and âcheck outâ inspections upon expiry of a tenancy.
