My client is a large and extremely successful independent Estate Agency group.
They are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to provide HR support to the Directors in order to maximise company growth through dynamic staff management and the development of an excellent company culture.
The successful applicant will maintain complete employee documentation records and manage all HR processes so that they are in full compliance with all legislation relating to employment law and the principles of best practice in employee relations. Utilise fully the company HR system ensuring it is kept updated, fully maintained and proactively improved.
You will be responsible for running the HR and Payroll Department that looks after 550 employees. You will line manage the HR and Payroll Team ( currently a team of 3) and be responsible for their development and progress.
Ideally you must have experience of working in a HR Department that supports in excess of 500 employees.
