Lettings Administrator is required for an independent Agent based in Hoddesdon. Similar experience in a previous role is essential along with good local knowledge.
Duties will include:
• Periodic interim inspections
• check-in/s and check-out/s
• contract compilation/renewals – manage communication
• Inventory compilation and review/updates
• daily diary management and renewal notices
• property maintenance & repairs management
• liaising with landlords and applicants
• registering applicants
• applicant pre-tenancy checks – verification of; address, id, immigration status etc.,
It is important that candidates are of smart appearance with exceptional customer service skills, IT literate and have a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
