Roles and Responsibilities
·Generating and carrying out market appraisals.
·Listing and marketing properties.
·Carry out proactive daily morning meetings
·Generating and carrying out viewings/Negotiating offers
·Training of staff (new starters or existing staff that need guidance)
·Report to directors- weekly/monthly figures with action plans of how you intend to improve on figures if necessary
·Working with the directors of the business with ideas and suggestions.
·Yearly business plans with an action plan to achieve those goals.
