An excellent opportunity has arisen to for an experienced individual to run the sales team for a highly reputable company in the Winchester area.
 
The focus for this role will be to plan, drive and deliver an improved Sales service in Winchester and surrounding area by cultivating existing contacts and forging relationships with new clients. The candidate must be able to generate and win new business, improving the market share in this popular and lucrative area in both the resales and new homes markets.  
 
 MAIN TASKS:
·Develop new business and handle own portfolio of clients to achieve or exceed agreed targets )

·Consistently maintain a high standard of record keeping and communications to ensure accuracy in file management, communications, and compliance

·Work to a budget and drive business forward to grow income and profitability
·Securing new homes business and building upon the existing pipeline of work.
·Development appraisals and guidance on internal specifications for new homes developments.
·Be a positive influence leading the team helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team orientated environment.
       The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced national business development team, research team and in house marketing team.
