Head of UK Block Management
Our clients are a rapidly growing company providing freehold management as well as lettings and management services.

They have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Block Manager to join our Liverpool office, due to the demands of an expanding portfolio.
This position will involve working closely with an office based team of 3/4 people and an on-site team of circa 25 personnel.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in people management, account management, compliance, leadership, and have good all around property knowledge.
Experience of managing large teams is crucial to anyone applying for this role and specific experience within the Residential Freehold Management sector.
The role will include:
·Procuring staff when needed.
·Regular appraisals with subordinates.
·Setting targets KPI's consistently measured with regular feedback.
·Presenting financial and performance based reports to directors in a suitable format.
·Strategical thinking to streamline procedures and effectiveness across the company.
·Producing service charge budgets.
·Sending service charge demands and dealing with leaseholder queries.
·Ensuring all blocks undermanagement are compliant.
·Handling accounts for all service charges paying invoices and bills.
·Chasing service charge arrears.
They are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate who has 5 plus years of experience within the sector in a Senior position.
