The successful candidate will be someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative.
You must have previous experience working within a similar role.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
·Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.
·Ascertain Vendors needs by listening carefully to the details provided
·Qualify applicants, match them to suitable properties and organise viewings at the earliest opportunity.
·Ensure than when a property is instructed that all administrative duties are attended to and the particulars are completed as quickly as possible
·Optimise every opportunity to secure Market appraisals and to obtain Instructions
·Ensure all MAs are promptly followed up using the correct procedures
To be successful in this role:
·Previous listing experience is essential
·You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
·You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
·Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
·You will be target driven and ambitious
·Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
