Overview:
An exciting opportunity to build your own Estate Agency business partnering with an award-winning company.
The Client:
Our client is not a traditional high street agent, but it is not an online agent – They are bridging the gap between the two.  Their aim is to create an environment that is flexible and adaptable to every type of client, but at the core of everything they do is the standard of customer service they offer. 
 
As a partner agent, you’ll become your own boss and have the flexibility and freedom to choose your working hours. However, you’ll be able to avoid the vast majority of costs associated with setting up your own Estate Agent business.  Instead, partners will pay a small, manageable monthly fee to ensure they have continued access to the necessary tools, resources and support required to run a successful business that yields high financial rewards.  Plus, you will be able to leverage and build on an already recognised brand.
 
The role:
·Register applicants and find clients with intention to sell through delivering promotional materials to current and prospective customers.
·Organise and attend valuations and viewings.
·Promote and market properties on online forums and websites 
·Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors
·Prepare offers, contracts and other documentation
·Sales chasing, liaising with all parties including clients, solicitor and other agents.
·Build and maintain excellent relationships with all clients
 
The Individual:
A successful Partner will be professional, highly motivated, ambitious and value exceptional service to their clients as standard.  Full training and support will be provided.
·2 to 3 years+ of estate agency experience is a must 
·Familiarity with CRM software is desirable
·Strong communication skills
·Honesty and integrity
·Proven negotiation skills
·Full, clean UK Driving Licence is essential
