My client is a leading multi practice property company with a Nationwide presence.

Due to at ever expanding workload and recent acquisitions, they are looking for a Financial Services Sales Manager. They are a forward thinking and dynamic firm with ambitious plans and require a like minded individual to help them reach their goals.

The opportunity comes with a generous basic salary, commission structure and many further benefits. You will be based from home and covering the East Midlands, East Anglia and Parts of the South East.

PURPOSE OF ROLE
This role is pivotal in the growth of the in-house mortgage advisors and delivery of an ambitious Budget.
The role is to primarily to performance manage self-employed and employed advisors, be accountable for and deliver the current Profit and Loss, recruitment of additional advisors for future growth projections and maintain and develop crucial introducer relationships in addition to identifying and building new ones.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
§Lead, coach and develop direct reports to be the best they can be.
§Improve penetration rates to opportunities presented
§Developing and maintaining great relationships with our third party introducers
§Support the enabling and implementation of innovative technologies: enhancing existing processes to make the customer journey as smooth as possible
§Provide support, training and supervision to in-house mortgage advisors
§Visit and support New build site launches
§Accountability for the P &L and future projected growth
§Provide Management Information on team and individual performance

The Person:
·5 years supervision in a financial services role
·FPC or Cemap qualified
·Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
§Extensive experience of working in sales and operations roles
§A proven manager, with a track record of success
§Excellent communication skills
§Self-motivated and able to work independently
§Excellent attention to detail, highly numerate and commercially aware
§Influencing and networking skills
·Able to evidence commercial awareness and business growth examples
·Significant financial and performance metrics awareness
·Knowledge of the Help to Buy Sector
§Experience of setting up and managing a new business opportunity
§A proven manager, with a track record of success
