My client is a highly successful retirement homes company. Based in Worthing they are looking for a Senior Consultant to join their existing team.

You will have extensive field sales experience in a business to customer role. You will have a consultative approach as this is NOT a hard sell position. You will be working with vulnerable clients face to face in their own home. You will need to fully understand their needs, and create bespoke solutions provided by the Home for Life Plan. You will be provided with pre-qualified warm customer leads so there is no cold calling. You must be prepared to travel and do overnight stays where necessary. You will be working from home but must attend head office every monday. You will manage your own diary and you will provide outstanding customer service to both customers and partners.
You will have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to negotiate and close sales. You must be very well organised, target driven and IT literate.
My client will give full extensive training at Head Office for the first 12 weeks of employment.
They are offering a great OTE of £40k plus a company car.
