An experienced Property Valuer is required to join a well-respected and customer focused firm in Holmfirth, Huddersfield.
The ideal applicant will be joining a strong brand, in a fast paced and professional environment and play a crucial role in the continued progression and expansion of the business.
The purpose of the role:
·To provide accurate residential property sales and rental valuations in line with the firms ethos, culture and valuation structure
·Ensure clients experience high quality customer service throughout their engagement with the firm.
·Meet expected conversation rates with quality business
·Productively engage with existing and prospective clients, businesses, network and partners to develop new business
·To provide a suitable, bespoke package to clients emphasising the benefits on offer by using the firm in comparison to other agents.
·Provide accurate and quality valuations including measuring properties
·Work closely with the Sales team, Managing Director, vendors and landlords to ensure a high quality service is provided
·Create and take responsibility for management/sales reports
·Support and assist Sales Advisors with marketing and sales progression
·Take responsibility for new growth areas in sales and rentals including utilising social media, leaflets, website and video.
·Pro actively engage with existing and prospective clients, businesses, networks and partners to maximize company exposure and business growth
·Assist in sales and valuation training
·Embrace and employ new technologies to increase efficiency and to embrace the service on offer
·Assist in the preparation of property of property brochures/marketing
·Contribute to the team effort by being flexible in approach, assisting and supporting colleagues across all departments when necessary.
·Capitalise on all business leads including up selling of services where possible to maximise profits

The hours for this role will be:
·Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-5.30pm
·1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-4pm
·Time back in lieu for working a Saturday
