Due to continued success they are looking for an individual to be part of a Property Maintenance team, working in partnership with an exceptional client of theirs.
What the role with entail:
Our client are looking for someone that can take ownership of the property maintenance functions of a residential property portfolio. You will need to be positive, flexible with an interest in progression within the company. They are going through a busy period of expansion and change and need someone that can help bridge the gaps and keep the team effective by taking on extra responsibility.
This will be a pressured role and the person who takes on this challenge must be willing to go the extra mile and work well in a tough environment.
The ideal candidate:
This post requires a high level of customer service and excellent administrative skills, to be delivered to both the client you service and the tenants you take care of. Property management experience would be desirable but not essential, however you must have proven experience working for a high pressured environment. You will be required to manage your own workload, make day to day decisions on behalf of the Client, deal with occupants and contractors and be responsible for updating and maintaining of all records to a high standard. Although part of a larger team, you will operate largely unsupervised within guidelines set to ensure consistency and efficiency.
