As a Sales and Lettings Director, you would be responsible for getting the ultimate performance from your designated towns and areas. This would include generating leads for both Sales and Lettings, increasing the awareness of the brand and marketing the property portfolio. You would have responsibility in managing a strong team of Sales and Lettings managers so must have strong management and customer service experience.
One of the main focuses for the Sales and Lettings Director will be ensuring that once the new properties are signed up the vendors and landlords get second to none customer service. Client relationships are very important to this firm, so updating clients frequently to understand their needs and making sure they are fulfilled is a vital part of this position.
You will be responsible for a team who will be supporting you by completing viewings, assessing local marketing and helping drive lead generation.
You must be constantly aiming to build the companies profile in the area and finding the best ways to promote the firms advantages over the competitors. An important aspect of this is motivating your team by setting targets, and helping individuals to reach them. Its therefore vital that you are a great communicator with an entrepreneurial streak. who is able to build strong and lasting relationships.
Nuts and bolts:
You will be working a 5 day week but must be flexible to work extra hours if needed! The hours will be 8.30am till 5.30pm with one late evening a week. You must be able to work 3 out of 4 Saturdays and will be based from the central office in Witney but covering the Witney and Swindon areas, so a successful candidate must be willing to travel and have a full UK driving license.
Basic salary will sit between £27,000-£30,000 with OTE between £40,000 and £50,000, you will also get other perks such as business expenses, health cover for you and your family and a mobile phone.
As well as thing you will receive plenty of support and training within the role, our client will genuinely spend a huge amount of time and energy on your own personal development.
The bad and the ugly:
This is a very time focused role and will mean you are required to juggle a huge amount all at once, so you must be extremely organised.
It is a very varied role and one minute you may be in a board meeting helping to shape the strategy for the next quarter and the next moment you might be door knocking to generate leads !!
