We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to gain valuable experience in the property industry as property / block management support for a friendly estate and letting agency in the Exeter area with a salary in the region of £19-21,000 pa (could be negotiable depending on experience).
Our client is seeking a keen and well-presented individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and negotiating skills, great attention to detail and be able to multitask and prioritise their workload. You will need great IT and admin skills with a great knowledge of Office as well as the ability to pick up and work with their software.
This is an interesting and varied role with full training given to include:
·Providing support to the property manager
·Help to prepare annual service charge budgets, managing and maintaining records
·Managing or organising contractors and works
·Dealing with insurance renewals and major property works
·Organising annual general meetings and other meetings, taking minutes and preparing reports / paperwork for the meetings
