Well respected property consultancy with offices throughout the South West currently has an opening for a Commercial & Residential Block / Property Manager.
The role will involve managing a portfolio of properties in both the Plymouth and Exeter areas so the candidate can be based to work out of either the Exeter or Plymouth areas. The properties are mainly commercial offices, shops, restaurants and night clubs, together with some high profile residential sites.
Duties will involve managing the reactive maintenance issues of these properties and handling rents and service charge payments from tenants; dealing with various planned maintenance projects such as re-fits of office and communal areas of building;. undertaking various account duties and dealing with legal issues relating to lease enquiries, rent reviews, dilapidations and marketing of the properties. It is essential to have a good working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act, be organised and methodical.

Salary from £25,000 plus car allowance or company car (after probation) but negotiable dependent on experience. Monday - Friday working 9-5.30pm
