Our client, a sought after New Homes Developer, are looking for a quality individual to join their team as a New Homes Customer Services Manager based in the South Devon area commutable from Torbay / Exeter and the South Hams and with salary of around ?35,000 depending on experience.
The Customer Service Manager will deliver first class service to our customers throughout the customer service process after they have purchased their property. The Customer Services team requires the ability to deal effectively and efficiently with all customers and be able to manage customers? expectations appropriately with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction from our customers.
Manage an existing team of customer service advisors to include training and induction of new staff, staff appraisals and day to day staff management to ensure a happy and efficient team.
Maintain a smartly presented, polite, diligent, positive and professional attitude at all times; demonstrate knowledge and build customer confidence
Assist the Customer Service Coordinator with day-to-day business and customer requirements.
Work within the guidelines of the NHBC Guarantee and company standards.
Monitor the Customer Service inbox when required and delegate works.
Ensure accuracy of all customer details and all communication is correctly recorded on Clixifix & company computer system and communicate regularly with customers in accordance with the procedures set out.
Produce and maintain plot files on Clixifix and create and issue work instructions on Clixifix.
Liaise with the Maintenance Technicians, Sub-Contractors & Material Suppliers; Monitor the progress of works and ensure customers remain updated regarding appointments etc.
Contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company, by putting forward new ideas and, when requested to do so, implementing change. Undertake wider general administrative tasks as needed within the business.

Competitive salary in the region of ?35,000 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm plus 26 days holiday
