This is an exciting opportunity to join an established property agent in their busy branch in Edinburgh.
 
 
Purpose of the Role
 
The Compliance Assistant is a key member of the Property Management team and will be responsible for assisting the HMO and Safety Certification Manager. Ensuring that deadlines are met and that properties remain compliant which is a crucial part of our business. Building trust through relationships, great service and helping with queries quickly and efficiently. This is a seasonal contract for 3 months
 
Reporting to: Director of Property Management

·Tenant notifications
·Assisting with HMO applications
·Dealing with all aspect utilities across the portfolio
·Ensuring safety certification is up to date in all properties
·Organising the display of site notices
·Uploading reports to SME
·Maintaining consistency of work in all Cities

·Attend (either in person or virtually) and fully participate in morning and weekly meetings and quarterly all-staff days.
