My client was set up in 2002 and provides organisations with a free search facility to help them locate office space in London and the UK. They represent a wide network of office space providers and the
unique way in which they are funded and independently operated, ensures that the service they deliver is completely impartial and driven by the needs of their clients.
An exciting opportunity has just become available for a tenacious individual with anything up to 2 years experience ideally as an estate agent or working in a phone based role to join our existing sales team and become a Inbound Office/Commercial negotiator.
The role is phone based at our new offices in Farringdon a 2 minute walk from the station.
There is no need to accompany viewings to the buildings we market as the landlords show our clients around.

Main Criteria of the job
·Taking Inbound calls from new clients that are looking for office space
·Dealing with Directors and Senior Management of large companies
·Making appointments over the phone to view property
·Following up on existing applicants, negotiating and closing deals
·Money/target driven (we are sales, not customer service)
·Well-spoken and articulate with a good understanding of English
·Confident in dealing with Senior Management and Directors of companies.
·Ability to engage with people on the phone and build relationships
·Ideally you will have experience in Estate agency
·£25k basic + £20k in commission. Top earners hitting £60K + per annum
