The Role

Based in Manchester, our client are now seek a Commercial Negotiator to join one of their high end teams. The role will involve:

• Conducting Market Appraisals
• Instructing businesses to the market, following guidelines on fees and pricing strategies
• Extensive use of the bespoke in-house CRM system, ensuring that all opportunities are maximised
• Full lifecycle of the sales process, from instruction through to sale and eventual completion
• Liaising between all parties, ensuring a high level of client care throughout
• Recommending the company’s other products, such as insurances and financial services
• Networking and maintaining industry contacts
• Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.

The ideal candidate will ideally come from a residential background working for a high end agency. You will have a good head for numbers and be able to think on your feet as well as be energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious.

Strong negotiating skills are essential as well as a the drive and ambition to develop a long term career within commercial property.
