Our client is an International Executive Search Firm who work on a retained basis with their clients. They are widely recognised as one of the leading Executive Search providers in Management and Strategic Consulting, Technology and Private Equity. They work with a select number of highly prestigious clients in order to help them secure executive level talent on a global basis.
The firm’s culture is team orientated, professional, hard-working and social. Consultants at all levels are given support where needed and the given the opportunity to grow and perform at the highest level possible.
They are a boutique and specialised search firm and have high growth aspirations for the next ten years. The level of demand from their long-standing clients is at an all-time high and after a number of recent major wins with Management Consulting firms and Technology organisations they must expand their team.
The Role
You will have responsibility for delivering executive level candidates to their clients. This means that you will be head-hunting, interviewing, preparing reports on each candidate, managing the process and taking feedback at every stage through to the negotiation of offers and acceptances. In addition, you will manage client relationships and ensure that the company is presenting the very best candidates in the market whilst offering a highly responsive client-driven service.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for locating and engaging with new clients. You will approach potential new clients on behalf of the company using previous examples of the type of work that they have conducted for other leading global organisations. They have an outstanding track record that can be leveraged. You will pro-actively and independently open doors through a content driven sales approach.
Experience and Personal Requirements
The qualities they require of the candidates are:
·Minimum of 3 years’ experience in either a sales, recruitment or business development role (or alternatively a role with strong transferable skills)
·Bachelor’s Degree required
·Must be articulate and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong computer skills
·Must be proactive and confident with contacting clients and candidates via telephone
·Resourceful and can work autonomously, take initiative and demonstrate excellent follow through
·Good team player who is self-motivated, has strong interpersonal skills and flexible to changing circumstances
 
Compensation and Benefits
There is no ceiling or cap on earnings. They offer competitive basic salaries and uncapped bonuses, private healthcare, pension, mobile and extensive training. Their commission structure is based on fees that you generate whereby you will receive between 10-20% of that fee upon the candidate starting. Average fees are approximately £30,000, and range from £20,000 - £150,000.
 
Hours of work: Mon - Fri  8.45am - 5.30pm  No weekends!
