Our client is currently looking for a Client Account Manager to be based in their office in Aylesbury.

Duties will include:

Private rented sector
?Transacting rental payments
?Paying suppliers
?Reconciling client accounts
?Transferring security deposits
?Implementing rental arrears process
?
Block & estate Management
?Receipting service charge/ground rent payments
?Paying suppliers
?Preparing YE budget vs actuals
?Company secretarial duties?
?Administrating and reconciling client sinking funds?

You will ideally be a strong administrator,?with high levels of accuracy and be diligent in your work. The successful candidate will ideally have some?accounting/bookkeeping experience.

Hours: 9:30am ? 2:30pm Monday ? Friday

Salary: ?12 per hour
