A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Client Account Assistant to join a well established firm in Warminster.
Looking for a high calibre individual to look after a large database of professional properties, the ideal candidate for the role will have a strong Accounts background and will be keen to join a forward thinking firm.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
Reports to: Head of the Lettings Department
Pay: £21k Basic
Main Purpose: Assisting the Client Account Manager with day to day accounting activities, supporting with the smooth running of the letting’s accounts department.
Main Duties: To provide support to the Client Account Manager including, but not limited to, Ledger processing, debt and arrears chasing, rent reviews, serving legal notices. Along side this you will be dealing with all Client Account queries, the daily filling and archiving.
You must be flexible with your approach to work, supporting with any other Ad hoc reporting or tasks which the Directors or Associates require. Additionally, to provide cover for any other department roles as and when required by the Department Manager when necessary.
The duties of the post will remain under constant review. Any changes will be discussed with the post holder before implementation. In the event of any dispute in relation to the duties set out above that cannot be resolved with the line manager; the post holder should discuss the matter with the Managing Director.
Personal Attributes required
Academic Qualifications: None required, but high level of literacy and numeracy essential.
Relevant Experience: Accounting experience is essential.
Intellectual/ Personal Skills: Must have good communication, telephone and interpersonal skills and have a positive, supportive and flexible attitude.
Computing Skills: Must have a high level of word processing skills and be both confident and competent in relevant IT processes.
