To attract the right calibre of estate agent / valuer the company are offering a generous basic salary, bonus scheme, car allowance/mileage and there is also genuine potential for further progression and promotion.
 
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Estate Agency and will have an enthusiasm and desire to win new business within a growing team.
 
They are looking for dynamic, well-presented individuals that are hungry for business and have an appetite for success.

The successful candidate will be self-motivating and have a proven track record of converting valuation opportunities to instructions. They will be working alongside an existing team and will have access to an existing database.
 
The main responsibilities/attributes within this role will include:
 
Valuing and listing suitable properties for sale.
Photographing and measuring properties ready for marketing.
Viewings.
Team motivation.
Working to agreed targets and budgets.
Reporting office results.
Further enhancing the reputation of the brand.
Ensuring literature is materially correct and up to date.
Cross-selling third party services including mortgage and conveyancing referrals.
Contacting vendor clients and providing up to date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions.
An excellent work ethic.
A valid UK driving licence & own car.

Hours of work - as required, but will include alternate Saturdays.
