Following rapid growth we are currently looking for a highly experienced residential sales professional to join our growing team in a dynamic and thought leading estate agency. To succeed with us you need to:
·Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a residential sales valuer or sales negotiator
·Be currently working in the estate agency industry
·Be a proven self-starter
·Be self motivated and able to work under your own initiative
·Have a good network of local contacts to help get you off the ground in your local area.
Our agents act as a one-to-one, dedicated point of contact for our vendors, working with them all the way from valuation through to completion. You will source listing opportunities, value properties, conduct viewings and negotiate offers. By not obsessing over the quantity of listings we give our team the ability to deliver exactly what is promised at the valuation…something that isn’t always the case in many companies!
What We Offer
You will have the flexibility to manage your own time, work from home and work with a company focused on quality of service rather than quantity of listings. If you only list 1 property a month, that is perfectly fine by us as long as the fee on it is enough to hit monthly targets.
All calls and sales progression are handled centrally leaving you free to focus on what you are good at; getting out there, meeting people, building relationships, listing properties and agreeing sales.
We offer a fixed salary package so there is no worrying about the up’s and down’s of hitting commission targets. In addition, we also offer the option for agents to switch to a 50/50 fee split (with an unrivalled support package) at the point at which this is mutually beneficial, though there is no obligation to take this up.

A 6 month probation period shall apply.
