Our clients are looking for talented Business Development Representatives whose true potential is yet to be realised. This is your chance diversify in your property career and to become a critical member of a focused Business Development Team.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the role will be focused on new business selling to suspects and prospects, converting them to new customers.
The role is primarily home-based working with regular travel required to client offices.
The role on offer requires the suitable candidates to have first-hand selling experience as you will be working primarily to 1-4 branch office estate agents and near vertical market companies such as legal and financial services. Sales onboarding will require you to build a pipeline of opportunities, likely lead time of 1-3 months depending on the company.
As well as self-generating your own leads you will have lead generation support from a highly active marketing function.

Basic Salary is £32,000 with OTE of £50,000
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9-6pm.
