An exciting opportunity is available to join one of Central London's most successful Commercial Estate Agents.
 
They are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate leads for their existing database and foster growth for the Serviced Offices Area, through research, pursuing new business leads and managing and monitoring existing database.
 
This role can either be in the Central London office or home based.
 
Job role and some responsibilities
 
·Identify and research potential clients to generate new business opportunities
·Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums, this could include reaching out on social media, emailing or phoning
·Working closely with other teams and colleagues and keeping all parties up to date
·Building rapport with prospective clients and supporting an ongoing relationship
·Keeping the prospective client database updated
·Arranging meetings for senior management with prospective clients
 
Competencies and skills required
 
·Sales and Marketing experience
·Customer relationship manager
·Must possess strong customer service skills

Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
Basic salary £20,000.00 - £25,000.00
Realistic OTE £45,000.00
