You will be one of the first people in their landlords acquisitions team, acting at the forefront of the Business growth and will be growing their membership base by helping to find and select quality homes.
You will be generating and converting landlord leads, guiding them through the landlord journey and making them fully aware about the huge benefits of being a landlord with this company.
My client is growing rapidly and with that comes the prospect of fast, internal promotions, they will be looking for this member of the team to be ambitious and looking at managing a team of their own in the near future.
Role and responsibilities
?Deliver a compelling message of the companies value to prospective landlords.
?Build relationships with potential landlords and winning business.
?Dealing with daily landlord enquiries and converting at a high rate within the industry.
?Sourcing and finding landlord opportunities to grow the business.
?Manage multiple pipelines and successfully convert landlord leads through each step of the sales process.
?Plan, develop and execute sales strategies.
?Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats that allows the company to develop their service offering and meet the demands of their landlords and strategic partnerships alike.
?Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to improve sales tools.
?Maintain a CRM platform with thorough and insightful notes.
?Work to a rota that allows us to react to the market and generate the best conversion rates
?Able to manage their own diary to maximise opportunities
?Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
?Be able to communicate articulately by speaking like a peer to landlords from all different backgrounds.
?Have landlord contacts in a certain area of London which will be able to get you off to a great start in your designated area.
?Be able to adjust rapidly to changing needs within the market and sales team and offer solutions to increase efficiency.
?Use quantitative techniques to analyze results and make decisions.
?Approach every day with energy and view challenges as accelerated learning opportunities for personal and professional development.
?Have exceptional listening, communication and organisational skills to work collaboratively within the team.
?Be growth oriented and eager to achieve excellence and mastery of the role.

?+2 years experience in a lettings valuers role.
?Be able to show great success within this role.
?Startup experience a plus.
?Lettings industry experience essential.
?Excellent English speaker.
?Experience working with a sales CRM.
