Our client provides a number of specialist services to the private rental sector and after sustained year on year growth they want to continue with this theme by appointing a talented and ambitious business development manager.
With a national area to cover there is unlimited potential in this role, although a full UK driving license is essential, as you will be tasked with the following:
ÂˇGenerating & Winning new business
ÂˇManaging & Retaining existing accounts
ÂˇProvide induction training to each new client
ÂˇManage your own diary effectively
The ideal candidate will be a team player who has a sound understanding of the property market and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in sales and business development.
