Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional to join a well established and busy Estate Agency and Lettings Business in Sheffield.
The main focus of this role will be to increase Estate Agency and Lettings business, by identifying and winning new clients, growing vendor and landlord volume and increasing product mix from existing clients and promoting the company in the local area. You will be required to deliver against a challenging yet realistic sales targets.
ÂˇResponsible for increasing business through the acquisition and ongoing management of new clients
ÂˇResponsible for increasing business from existing clients
ÂˇResponsible for increasing maximising opportunity for cross selling both products and services
ÂˇResponsible for creating innovative campaigns to secure new business.
ÂˇResponsible for negotiating client contracts.
ÂˇAttendance at exhibitions and local networking events
ÂˇProviding support to the office valuers
ÂˇDemonstrable experience of consistently over performing versus targets
ÂˇDemonstrable experience of delivering excellent service in a customer facing role
ÂˇExperience of the residential property is preferred; this could include estate agency, mortgage services, conveyancing services, and/or other associated service delivery
ÂˇDemonstrable experience of marketing activities
ÂˇExcellent sales and negotiation skills
ÂˇExcellent account management / relationship management skills
ÂˇExcellent leadership skills
ÂˇDelighting the customer must be part of your DNA
ÂˇExcellent commercial understanding
ÂˇStrong verbal and written communication skills
