My client is a dynamic, professional and switched-on Property Investment, Sales and lettings agency based in Aldgate, East London and they have built up a successful base of satisfied vendors, landlords and tenants, because of their attention to detail, their down-to-earth, professional manner and the fact that they are members of the Estate Agents Ombudsman Scheme and regulated by The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Their portfolio includes Apartments, Houses and Developments for sale and for rent in Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, Whitechapel, Islington, Marylebone, Isle of Dogs, Brick Lane, Docklands, Wapping, Mile End, London Bridge, The City and beyond. 

They are looking to recruit a Business Development Consultant, the successful candidate will have an aptitude and passion for a career in sales and a proven track record of converting valuation opportunities to instructions. They will be working alongside a growing team and will have access to an existing database.

The main focus or Business Development Consultant will be to generate signed terms and conditions on instructions for both our Sales, Lettings and Property Management services. To achieve that, you will be aggressively calling our large database of prospecting clients mainly via numerous phone conversations. Hence, whilst you will have an access to an already existing database, ideally, we will see you sourcing leads in further stages of your role

Main responsibilities:
·Calling out to a 30,000+ database of property investors.
·Consultative selling of services related to sales, lettings, property management and provision of full needs analysis.
·Maximising the return of signed terms and conditions.
·Sourcing new leads through your own initiative and help from the other departments.
·Ensuring literature is materially correct and up to date.
·Ensure third party services are successfully sold including mortgage and conveyancing referrals.
·Contacting vendor clients and providing up to date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions.
 
Experience required
·Professional telephone manner.
·Strong consultative selling experience.
·Lead sourcing, identification and qualification experience.
·An excellent work ethic.
 
Earnings: £25,000 + Commission (Realistic OTE £60k)
