Our client is a highly successful and well established UK Lettings and Management company based in Woking, Surrey with offices in Hong Kong who service predominantly the International Investor specialising in:
·Search & Acquisition
·National Letting & Property Management
·Property Sale
·Property Asset Management
 
 
They are seeking a Business Analyst/Lettings Professional who is driven and success orientated individual. You will have experience of managing a growing lettings & property management department to best in class standard. You will be ARLA accredited and you may have other relevant Property Management or property-based accreditation.  You will thrive on delivering efficient and effective systems, you will be knowledgeable on the latest prop tech innovations focused on lettings and management.
 
You will be able to implement change to help property management executives improve profits, employee morale and tenant satisfaction, set methods designed to improve processes whilst utilising a data driven method for making long-lasting process improvements.
 
You MUST be able to Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control,
 
The candidate needs to be able to understand the following questions and then apply the process to implement.
 
What problem are we trying to solve and is it important to our customers?
How often do we have this situation?
What is the financial impact of each occurrence?
What is the impact on employee morale customer satisfaction and other metrics that matter to our business strategy?
Why does this problem happen?
What is the step by step process flow?
What are the hand-offs involved
What is the root cause?
What changes are required to address the root cause?
What training do we need to provide?
What checklists need to be created?
How do we measure outcomes?
How do we sustain the process changes to ensure they are consistently implemented?
 
Familiarity with Roby and Roby implementation would be a benefit and or comparable Proptech software

You will thrive on delivering efficient and effective systems, you will be knowledgeable on the latest prop tech innovations focused on lettings and management.

You will be responsible for divisions such as Department Inception, Team Creation and Management, Client Liaison, and Business Development.

Develop a proactive and first-class market leading residential property management and lettings department.
