Our client are an Estate Agency business with a difference. They list, market and sell properties all over the UK from a single office in Bristol. Because they cover the whole of England and Wales from one office they have managed to keep our costs very low, meaning they are able to charge their sellers a much lower price than most traditional agents would usually charge. But that absolutely does not stop them from offering a highly professional service to all their customers!
Due to their continued success they require an office based Junior Sales Negotiator to join them in the Bradley Stoke area of Bristol.
Their focus is simple: to offer an exceptional service to buyers and sellers and provide real value for money. The service uses clever technology and combines it with a professional, highly trained team of Sales Negotiators available over the phone 6/7 days a week.They recognise that some tasks are easy to do online (eg amend criteria for properties of interest or obtain feedback on viewings). But sometimes customers may just want to speak to someone to ask for help or to run through a specific query - hence their decision to make our Sales Negotiators available at the end of the phone every day of the week.
-Take over the customer relationship once a vendor has signed up with the sales team
-Gather the required data in preparation for marketing the property online
-Upload on to the portals
-Handle inbound requests for viewings
-Obtain viewing feedback
-Agree sale and instruct solicitors on both sides
-Where appropriate recommend our mortgage, legal and survey services to vendors and applicants to help make sure the sale goes through smoothly
-A share of evening and /or weekend hours will be required
-Able to demonstrate an understanding of the house buying process in England & Wales
-Minimum of 6 months’ experience working as a sales negotiator for an estate agent
-Competent with modern technology (eg EA software systems, MS Office, Rightmove Plus)
