Our clients are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a dedicated, highly motivated professional to join our team as a Branch Manager within their estate agency division. The company values integrity and a high degree of professionalism throughout all that they do.
You will manage the day to day running and success of the branch with a particular focus on generating new business and exceeding targets.
Staff management responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a team of three and will report into the Regional Agency Manager.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
·Responsible for generating and conducting market appraisals
·Winning new instructions
·Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
·Managing a team including staff training to agreed standards
·Ensuring office targets are being met and exceeded through both KPI and budget figures
·Manage property brochure preparations including photography
·Client and application management
·Understanding of Vebra Alto
·The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and from an estate agency background, preferably NAEA qualified
·Experience in both sales and lettings
·Proven experience of increasing market share
·You will be outcome driven and constructive with the ability to multi-task demanding priorities
·Excellent people management
·Must be capable of winning a strong market share of properties
·Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience
·Strong negotiation and communication skills
·Experience of managing a team is preferable
·Experience of thinking outside of the box to deliver results
·Excellent presentation and communication skills
·Full UK Driving Licence required
·Team player and leader
Key information about the role you need to know:
·Hours: Full-time 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility required to clear any urgent workload. You will also be required to work every other Saturday from 9:00am-1:00pm.
