We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our busy Jesmond team.
You will preferably be experienced in both sales and lettings with valuation knowledge.
The qualities and experience we are looking for are:
• A full driving licence is essential
• Successful track record of valuations and listing conversions in both sales and lettings
• Proven track record in generating new business
• Good mentoring and training skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience and knowledge of both sales and lettings
• Computer literate and have good administration skills
• Knowledge of the local area
 
Hours of work: Mon - Fri: 9am to 5.30pm. Alternate Saturdays: 9.30am - 4pm (with lieu day)
