The successful candidate will be suitably qualified for the role and have extensive experience as a Branch Manager/Valuer or Assistant Branch Manager/Valuer (looking for their first branch), within the local area, with an impressive proven track record of winning new business and listing properties within the local market.

The role will involve all aspects of estate agency including, but not limited to:
?Responsible for the day-to-dayoperation of the branch
?Holding morning meetings
?Conducting market appraisals, gaining new instructions
?Increase active market share
?Conducting accompanied viewings
?Develop exceptional working relationships with clients toencourage recommendations and repeat business
?Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
?Staff motivation & training
?Manage & grow your team
?Recruitment
?Staff Reviews/appraisals
?Maximise revenues
?You will identify business opportunities, putting them into practice
?You will continually drive and grow the business increasing the market share and building & developing your team, whilst upholding the highest standards of customer service.
