Due to increased business levels the successful candidate will be required to support the Branch Manager and Regional Director to drive this branch even further forward and assist in leading the team.
Previous managerial property experience is ESSENTIAL for this role, as they will be hitting the ground running and be expected to lead by example in motivating the branch.
They may also at times, when needed be expected to cover other branches within the area as the business dictates.
A strong character, driven and professional attitude and a hard work ethic is a must for this role, along with top notch people management skills, lettings knowledge and a hunger to meet and exceed targets.
