An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to join a well established and forward thinking company in Bradford.

The Role
-To lead a team of Lettings Negotiators
-Drive new Lettings business
-To run the office on a day to day basis
-Conduct all aspects of the business
-Generate and Attend viewings when required
-Business Development
-Networking
-Some Administration when required
-Training and development of staff
-Conducting meetings, 121's and staff appraisals and managing staff files
-Re-marketing properties and agreeing rent increases
-Increasing additional revenue
-Point of contact for landlords

The Candidate
-Experienced in all aspects of lettings
-Preferably at Senior Negotiator or Office Manager level and ideally suitably qualified 
-Good people skills
-Excellent customer service and communication skills, i.e. spelling and grammar are essential 
-The role can be challenging as the successful candidate will be the main point of contact for landlords, so a thick skin and the ability to defuse difficult situations would be nice 
-You must be able to multi-task
-Tenacious, willing to work hard and of a smart appearance
-Car and full driving license
