A well known and reputable firm in Monmouth are seeing a Branch Manager with a strong track record working within the property industry to join them on a full time permanent basis.

Well known for their great customer service and efficient manner, the Company have a strong market share and are keen to find an individual who shares the ethos and values.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience in leading a team in Estate Agency, or will be an experienced Valuer keen to take the next step in their career.

Most importantly, you will be passionate about the industry and have a strong proven record in gaining and converting new business. You must be able to push business forward and be passionate about exceeding targets and increasing business levels.

Duties of the role will include:

¡Daily running of branch
¡Generating Viewings
¡Attending Viewings
¡Generating and attending Market Appraisals
¡Office Management
¡Business Development
¡Networking
¡Some Administration
¡Vendor updates
¡KPIs
¡Sale Negotiation
¡Viewing Feedback
¡Other office Duties
