An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to join a well established and forward thinking company near Pudsey.
ÂˇTo lead a team of Lettings Negotiators
ÂˇDrive new Lettings business
ÂˇTo run the office on a day to day basis
ÂˇConduct all aspects of the business
ÂˇGenerate and Attend viewings when required
ÂˇSome Administration when required
ÂˇTraining and development of staff
ÂˇConducting meetings, 121's and staff appraisals and managing staff files
ÂˇRe-marketing properties and agreeing rent increases
ÂˇIncreasing additional revenue
ÂˇPoint of contact for landlords
ÂˇExperienced in all aspects of lettings,
ÂˇPreferably at Senior Negotiator or Office Manager level and ideally suitably qualified.Â
ÂˇGood people skills,
ÂˇExcellent customer service and communication skills, ie spelling and grammar are essential.Â
ÂˇThe role can be challenging as the successful candidate will be the main point of contact for landlords, so a thick skin and the ability to defuse difficult situations would be nice.Â
ÂˇYou must be able to multi-task
ÂˇTenacious, willing to work hard and of a smart appearance
ÂˇCar and full driving license
