An independently run business in Sheffield are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team.
Covering both sales and lettings the key function of the role is to efficiently run the branch on a daily basis and generate income.
Duties will include:
Generate and Attend viewings when required
Generate and attend Market Appraisals for both sales and lettings
Some Administration when required
Sales Negotiation and progression
Managing delegation of vendor feedback
Managing a team of sales and administration staff
Training and development of staff
Conducting meetings, 121's and staff appraisals and managing staff files
Increasing local market share
Setting and working towards weekly and monthly branch targets
Re-marketing properties and agreeing rent increases
Handle Customer Complaints
Chase late payments
Liaise with payroll company monthly to report hours worked
Input rents received on to the system
Keeping maintenance jobs down
Inputting Contractor invoices on to the system
Managing out of hours calls
Increasing additional revenue

The ideal candidate will have both Lettings and Estate Agency experience although both are not essential.
