Our client a leading and trusted Independent Estate Agency based within Brixton is now looking for an experienced and skilled Branch Manager to join their busy office.

Main Duties will include but not limited to:
Leading a busy team of four negotiators
Management of the branches Sales and Lettings operations
Carrying out sales and lettings valuations
Uploading new properties and maintaining the marketing database
Providing Landlords and Vendors with regular marketing feedback
Negotiating sales and lettings offers
Handling sales progression

The successful applicant will:
Have a good experience within residential estate agency
Have a proven track record in senior positions within the industry
Be a confident leader that can be a role model to junior staff
Be success-driven and ambitious
Be highly articulate and have first-rate communication skills
Have excellent organisational skills
Be self-motivated and capable of working under your own initiative
Ideally have NFOPP Technical Awards in Letting & Management or Sales
Have a full, clean, manual UK driving license Live within a 5 mile radius of Brixton (This is a strict requirement)

Hours of work:
Office hours are 9am-7pm Mon-Fri (6pm close on a Friday).
Saturdays will be a maximum of 2 per month (10-4pm) and with half a weekday off in lieu.

Salary and Package:
£46.5k+ OTE £25k Basic Salary Company Car (including private use and tax/maintenance/insurance) Generous Office Commission Structure with Quarterly Bonuses Funded Industry Training/Qualifications
