Our client, an established and very successful practice is looking for someone who is capable of taking full responsibility for their residential sales depts; implement new strategies; lead and motivate the team and ensure targets and objectives are achieved.
With the backing of a reputable brand, the ideal individual will be expected to be in a similar position but now have an opportunity to take control of every facet of the residential sales operation from strategic direction and long-term profitability, to staff recruitment/development and client relationship. Excellent organisational, managerial and analytical compliant skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate is likely to have had several years experience at management level.

- Co-ordinating marketing brand and sales activity
- Networking with house builders, property investors and homeowners
- Heading up a sales team and winning new business
