An excellent opportunity for an experienced residential Block/Property Manager to join a professional property company in Gants Hill.
The successful candidate will be experienced within Block Management, a good communicator, and able to use their own initiative. They must have a good understanding of the section 20 legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations.
You will have had previous experience working within an office environment. This role will include all aspects of Block Management including, maintenance, necessary budgeting, and dealing with section notices.

·£28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
·Hours 9.00am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday
