An exciting, fast-growing Lettings Business based in Birmingham City Centre are looking to recruit a Property Manager for their busy fast paced team. Their property portfolio is substantial across the UK, due to rapid growth they are now looking for a productive individual who gets stuck into the day to day tasks.
 
 Energy and dedication are essential for the Senior Property Manager who will be a problem solver keen to use technology to make improvements while seeking efficiencies in a company striving to be tech-led both internally and externally with  landlords and tenants.
 
 
Previous experience managing a property portfolio with execution service levels is essential. This position is permanent and will provide opportunity to the right candidate to progress and develop. A clean driving licence is required. Use of a Pool car is provided for Company business.

• Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors

• Salary: £24,000 - 27,000.00 per year
• Additional pay: Commission paid
 
Person Specification Essential:
• Experience managing a substantial property portfolio
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Office, Property Letting software
• A quick learner and be willing to adapt in a fast-paced environment
