We are taking applications for our Associate Auction Specialist training programme, which has been designed specifically for property professionals, who want to broaden their skill set and help drive our business forward by promoting the Modern Method of Auction (MMoA) to our partner agents.
As an Associate Auction Specialist, your main role is to promote the benefits of our service proposition to agents, to then educate sellers on the benefits of auction and how this could be a better route to sell their property.
This programme will start on Monday 5th July and will consist initially of 4 weeks training. On successful completion of the training, you will work alongside a highly experienced team who will provide you with all the relevant tools and support to develop you into a successful Associate Auction Specialist with a dedicated Mentor throughout the programme, opportunities to build and expand your knowledge & skills within Property and specifically Auction right from day 1, the latest technology and in house systems, not to mention achievable targets, attractive guaranteed earnings and a buzzing working environment (albeit virtually right now!)
Key responsibilities –
Communicating daily with a number of dedicated partner agents, encouraging those agents to refer leads into the company.
Liaising with those vendors and promoting the benefits of auction, how effective it can be and why this should be their preferred route of selling their property.
Providing professional guidance and expertise throughout the journey to ensure effective communication is maintained with all parties.
Work in partnership with partner agents to create a marketing strategy to help generate potential buyers.
Handle all offer negotiations and bids on behalf of the partner agent with vendors and buyers in accordance with current AML standards.
Professionally handle all financial transactions as per company policy.
Effectively handle any stage one customer complaints from your own portfolio of properties ensuring a successful outcome.
Achieving a set framework of monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets.
Adhere to the company’s Best Practice Guide and all external regulations, fulfilling all AML obligations throughout the customer journey.
Key requirements –
12 months' previous property experience working within an estate agency or from associated industries e.g. mortgages, finance, surveying.
Proven track record of success in a target driven environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Computer literate with good working knowledge of video conferencing and virtual call handling along with use of CRM systems.
Good time management skills.
Self-starter and ability to be self-motivated.
Preferably you will have experience of handling negotiations however not essential as full training will be given.
You will work 40 hours Monday to Friday 09:00-5:30pm with occasional Saturdays.
