Basic Salary £18,000 pa, plus OTE £35,000 - £40,000

Due to our continued success and rapid growth, they are looking to appoint motivated sales professionals to successfully deliver an auction solution to an assigned network of estate agent branches, consistently delivering sales results and excellent customer service.
·Cultivate exceptional relationships with assigned agents to maximise lead conversion
·Effectively deal with vendors and buyers to facilitate successful sales
·Consistently deliver on monthly personal KPI’s
·Fully utilise the inhouse task system to stay organised and work efficiently
·Develop your assigned network of branch staff to deliver at their highest level.
·Build strong and effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, a high degree of business acumen and good knowledge of the sales process. It would be preferable, though not essential, if the candidate has experience in the property sector.
