A great opportunity to join a reputable Estate Agency in Winchmore Hill, they are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team
 
Duties will included, but not limited:
 
·Assisting the Branch Manager
·Generating and attending valuations
·Attending viewings and giving relevant feedback
·Negotiating offers
·Vendor care
·Marketing
·Financial service referrals
 
The ideal candidate will have:
 
·Estate Agency Sales experience
·Track record in Valuations
·Strong communication skills
·Well presented and self motivated
·Target driven attitude
·Driving licence
 
 
This role would suit a Senior Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career path.
