They are offering a unique opportunity to join the business as they launch their new Lettings and Property Management department with the aim of providing their clients and tenants with a seamless and pain-free lettings  journey.

They previously won The Times & Sunday Times Letting Agent of The Year three times, so launching from five branches, this is going to be BIG and is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidates.
Your Responsibilities
Team management
·Setting targets, financial or otherwise
·Ensuring targets or company processes are understood, achieved, and followed
·Delivering regular, inspirational, motivational, purposeful staff meetings
·Development of individual staff members’ skill sets and the team in general
Client liaison
·Valuations, follow up and instructions
·Regular, insightful, purposeful Client Advocate work
·Obtaining referred business
Business development
·Management and development of database
·Touting, canvassing, advertising, marketing
·Obtaining referred business from existing clients
·Distribution and management of internet leads (website, Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.)
·Management reports, ad hoc or periodic
·Maximising opportunities for other departments (furniture, cleaning, maintenance)
·Working effectively alongside the Tenancy
·Management team, advocating an inclusive peer-to-peer experience
·Ensure legal and legislative duties are met
Skills required for the job
·A proven track record within residential lettings, preferably within London or the Home Counties
·A sense of urgency for goal achievement
·Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
·Confident and enthusiastic communication style
·Self-starting with the desire to succeed
·Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
·To be able to provide an accurate market appraisal and sell the business to gain new instructions
·Good IT literacy skills
Experience required
·At least 4 years Lettings experience, 2 years of which at Senior Negotiator level or above
·Previous valuation and listing experience is essential
Salary, Perks and benefits
·Basic Salary -£25,000
·Realistic OTE in your first year is £68-73,000 Increasing in your second year to £78-85,000

Hours of work
·Monday to Thursday 8:30am till 6pm
·Friday 8:30am till 5pm
·Saturday 9am till 4pm
·Work every other Saturday with a half day off on the week leading to the Saturday
