You will be based in North East Birmingham and assisting the Lettings Director to ensure the lettings department is running to its full potential. You will be working with a fantastic team of dedicated and highly skilled lettings professionals who all share the same goal and within modern, well [positioned offices.
·Have a breadth of Lettings experience or (5 years’ experience) OR Be an individual with some experience in a Lettings environment who is willing to play the long game and wants to learn (3 years’ experience and already gained some qualifications)
·Be a ‘people person’ to engage with and help motivate the team (perhaps already a supervisor)
·Be a ‘people person’ who truly thrives on delivering ‘on it’ customer service (be able to demonstrate that you have handled challenging client/customer scenarios)
·Be a clear thinker with a calm disposition
·Have good time management and organisational skills
·Be commercially aware
·Be a hard worker who never thinks ‘that’s not my job’
